STONECREST EDUCATIONAL FUND
Keylan Keller of ARABIA MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL and Benjiro Benson of LITHONIA HIGH SCHOOL are winners of our full scholarships to the University of Georgia’s Summer Academy Camp residential program for 2015. The contest for 2016 is in progress now.
As contestants in our “Mountains of DeKalb County” contest, the two winners will be eligible for a college scholarship from the Educational Fund when they graduate from High School. Currently, we do offer a $500 scholarship to graduating 12th graders.
FIRST PRIZE: Makayla Swann - 10th Grade
SECOND PRIZE: Morgan Tingle - 7th Grade
THIRD PRIZE: Kirsten Hinds - 1st Grade
Everyone who entered the December 2015 contest received a frameable "Certificate of Participation." All contestants will be eligible for a college scholarship from PSCCA Educational Fund when they graduate from high school. Currently we offer a $500 scholarship to graduating 12th graders.

Desiree Washington the winner of PSCCA Educational Fund first Essay Contest. This contest, held in October 2014, was to answer the question: “Why is voting now important?” Desiree received two books on the Black Female NASA Astronaut Mae Jemison, a special 2015 Calendar of President Barack Obama, and a cash prize.
The Contest was sponsored by the newly formed nonprofit PSCCA-EF.
